Do you negotiate prices?

For individual items, our prices are market-based and firm. For bulk purchases (10+ items), ask about a bundle discount — we often accommodate.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is 3-5 days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you do mail-in trade-ins?

Yes — submit a quote request online, agree on values, then ship. Credit is loaded within 3 business days of receipt. We send a prepaid label for larger lots.

What condition do you accept for trade-ins?

We accept all conditions from heavily played to gem mint. Condition affects offer value, which we'll disclose upfront. We don't lowball you on condition without showing you exactly why.

Do you authenticate signatures?

We require documentation for signed items we purchase. We don't buy or sell unauthenticated autographs.

Can I make an appointment for a large collection?

Yes — contact us to schedule. Large collection appointments are typically available same-week.
