Membership Terms

Your monthly membership fee covers the following:

• —Access to the Vault platform, dashboard, and member portal
• —Participation in all weekly and monthly competitive events
• —Entry into every game format across the 20-format season rotation
• —Inclusion in the season standings and leaderboard
• —Access to the team system, MK Credits economy, and member community

Your membership fee does not purchase, guarantee, or entitle you to any specific card, prize, or physical item. Prizes and vault cards are awarded entirely through competition results. Manna Kingdom makes no guarantee that any specific card will be available in any given season.

All prizes — including vault cards, sealed product, and store credit — are funded entirely by Manna Kingdom from its own inventory. No portion of membership fees is pooled into a prize fund. Membership fees pay for platform operation, event logistics, and content production.

Prize distribution is determined exclusively by competitive performance. Rankings, event outcomes, and season standings determine who receives which prizes. The system is skill-based: members who perform better in competition receive better prizes.

Prize availability, value, and structure may change season to season at Manna Kingdom's discretion. Announced Grand Final prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted with items of equal or greater market value.

Members are responsible for all outbound shipping costs when requesting physical delivery of vault cards or prizes. Shipping is not included in the membership fee.

• —Minimum shipment value: $50 per item or lot requested for outbound delivery
• —Flat shipping fee: $8 per shipment within the continental United States
• —International shipping is available at cost — contact support for a quote before requesting delivery
• —Cards remain vaulted (stored securely by Manna Kingdom) at no cost until you request delivery
• —Manna Kingdom insures all outbound shipments up to the declared card value

Cards that do not meet the minimum shipment value threshold must be combined into a qualifying lot or converted to store credit before outbound delivery can be requested.

Cards earned through competition enter your vault by default. You may request physical delivery, convert to store credit, or hold cards in vault storage indefinitely.

• —Vaulted: Card is stored securely at Manna Kingdom. No shipping fee. Accessible via your dashboard.
• —Ship Out: Trigger delivery to your address. Minimum $50 value and $8 flat shipping fee applies.
• —Store Credit: Convert the card's market value to Manna Kingdom store credit. Conversion rate is 80% of current market price. Store credit never expires.

MK Credits are an in-platform currency used for Vault Wars and bonus events. MK Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for store credit or merchandise outside of designated events.

You may cancel your Vault membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access and competition eligibility through your paid period.

• —No refunds are issued for the current billing month
• —Founding member pricing is locked for life — if you cancel and rejoin, your original rate is not guaranteed to be available
• —Vault cards earned prior to cancellation remain in your vault and may be claimed or converted at any time after cancellation
• —Season standings and legacy points are retained permanently in your member record

Prime Collective is a skill-based competitive membership league. Participation in Prime Collective is not a lottery, sweepstakes, raffle, or game of chance. Prize distribution is based entirely on competitive performance as measured by the season's scoring system.

This structure is consistent with Florida Attorney General Opinion 90-59, which distinguishes skill-based competitions from regulated gambling activities. Members pay for access to a competitive platform and community — not for the chance to win a prize. All prizes are awarded based on demonstrated skill over a multi-week competitive season.

Manna Kingdom reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to all active members. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
